Question: Do sit-ups/crunches work of someone holds your legs!?
i can only do crunches or sit ups with someone holding my legs!. i'm 12 and we get tested on crunches and i also want to get rid of some of the fat on my stomach!. do they work if someone holds my legs!? and what else can i do to get a flat muscular-ish stomach!? and also my legs (thighs AND calves)!. ooooh!. and how many push-ups can you do!? i can do 50 non-stop ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
There are a lot of ways to do crunches or situps!. You can have somebody hold your feet, cross your legs, or you can hold your legs pointing straight up!. Another way is to tuck your feet under something (a fence, couch, shelves, whatever's heavy)!. It's just like somebody holding your feet down!.

Some other exercises:
Squats -- stand with your legs shoulder width apart, squat, repeat
Lunges -- stand with one leg in front of the other, bend the back knee till it nearly touches the ground, repeat
Leg lifts -- lay flat on you back, keep your feet 6 inches off the ground
Thinkers -- (no clue why they're called that) lay on your stomach, put your hands together!. Lift your body up so that only your forearms and toes touch the ground!. Make sure you keep your back straight!.

hey im 13 and another way to do crunches is to lift ur feet up not like straight up but like at a 90 degree angle it helps with abs a lot :O and we get tested to i did 70 nonstop until they told me to stop hope i helped ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
