Keep it well balanced!.

You need a certain amount of fat in your diet, certain amount of sugar etc!.

So you can treat yourself to a few squares of chocolate, that kind of thing!.

Don't think on what people label as fatty foods as completely out of the picture, people don't see that it is needed! a certain amount anyway, just make sure you don't eat too much of it, that's where people go wrong then wonder why the weight isn't coming off!

So stick to your diet, add a little of what you like in there, rather than a strict selected choice, you'll do better in the long run!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds extremely healthy, I wouldn't live on it though!.

For the perfect diet for a day, i'd say mine would be!.!.

Raisins
Tuna pasta with lettuce, tomato's!.!.
Tomato Soup
Apple and Banana - in between meal snacks (Y)
