I'm 16, male, weigh 125 lbs???? HELP!?!


Question: I'm 16, male, weigh 125 lbs!?!?!?!? HELP!!?
Ok so here's the deal!.
In August 2008 I left for college weighin 145 lbs- pretty decent for a 5'8'' 16 year old!. A lot of people have either gained a lot of weight or dropped a lot, and I'm in the second category =/
I'm pretty sure 125 is a very unhealthy weight!.

The only good thing is it pretty much reduces my body down to base levels so I can rebuild it as I choose!.

What's the best way to bulk up in muscle and get back to a healthy weight!? As in diet, exercise!.!.!.what regimen should I follow!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok man, im 16 at 5'8!. In mid august 08 i started to lift weights, after a month i got into it and bought Wheybolic Extreme 60 at the GNC store, its protein powder that you mix with water or milk!. I suggest milk!. After 3 weeks of consuming protein from this product, i have gained 10 pounds!. For your workouts bench pressing and curl press is the best way to start out, to work out your pecs, triceps and biceps!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
