Currently, I do 30 minutes on the treadmill at the beginning of my routine and 30 minutes on the elliptical at the end!. Both have 5 minute cool down periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're doing now should be fine as long as you're exercising at least twice a week!. The key is running for at least 20 minutes at a time, like you're doing now!. That seems to be the minimum threshold for improving endurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
