Why do I gain weight so fast?!


Question: Why do I gain weight so fast!?
At the beginning of the day I was 210 pounds!. By the end I was 215 pounds!. I don't understand how this happens!. I eat two normal sized meals, I drink one 32 ounce soda(and walk to get it), and maybe I get a small creme roll!. How is this making me so fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you know how much sugar is in that 32 oz soda,you should stop drinking soda it is the number one cause of obesity!.Your other problem is that, you are only eating twice a day!.And i am assuming those meals are not very healthy!.Your body needs to be fed at least six small healthy meals a day!.Take your daily calorie intake and divide that by six and that number will be the amount of calories in each meal!.To get you daily calorie intake i multiply my body weight by twelve!.You could go lower,but i wouldn't go past ten!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To gain weight that fast you have to be eating more calories than what you've been burning!.
So it's no brain!. Your 2 meals are probably high in calories and your walking is not burning as much calories as you think it is!. Try eating small portions along the day maybe 4 or 5 times, fruits and veggies are the best and fills you up fast!. Instead of the 32 OZ of SODA try 32 OZ of PURE WATER!. You can lose so much weight with simple changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter about size, you need to have the right stuff, or else you're just keep on packin those pounds!.
You could have a really slow metabolism, some are fast, some are slow, i'm pretty sure your's isn't that slow!. Your Scales could also be adjusted incorrectly!.

in the morning our body weight is less as in the night the glucose and water has been consumed to digest your dinner!.!.!.!. by the end of the day the consumtion and production of glucose remains the same but quantity of food in your stomach increases this increases your weight!.!.

Your weight is always changing during the day!.
Water weight, and eating meals increase weight!.
You should be back to 210 after sleeping, and waking up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
