Lack Of Motivation. Help?!


Question: Lack Of Motivation!. Help!?
A few months ago, I was really in the habit of working out!. Since Gym started at school, I stopped!. Now that it's ended, I've lost all motivation to work out!.

How can I regain this motivation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

tape a picture of yourself when you didn't like your body weigh on top of the fridge and snack pantry so you don't eat when its unneccesary!. workout with a friend! it's fun and you'll both be losing weight!. buy some clothes in a size smaller that you really like so you work out to fit into them!. I started doing a juice fast (freshly extracted fruit and veggie juices) not the store bought kind!.!.!. I had more energy and needed to do something with all that extra energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just look at the scale!.!.if it says you getting heavier than that should be motivation right thereWww@Answer-Health@Com
