Why do i feel like throwing up after training at the gym?!


Question: Why do i feel like throwing up after training at the gym!?
Like yes i have been pushing myself while at the gym, but while im there i feel fine the whole time, apart from the normal burn you feel!.

But i get home and i just need to chuck! my stomach hurts so bad and its forcing me to throw up! why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

not enough energy!? eat a carb, proein and fats meal 45 minutes before working out!. or

Well you shouldn't over do it on the exercise because you can make yourself sick!. are you eating before you go!? eating something and then going to the gym right after maybe the cause of it!. try looking up things to do before and after you workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
