Realistic fitness plan?!


Question: Realistic fitness plan!?
I'm overweight, 29, and short of time!.

I need to lose a lot of weight in a hurry, and unfortunately, I have a grand total of about 4-6 hours to spare spread out across the week!.

What would be a good exercise / sport!?

In terms of diet, what would be some foods that fill but burn quickly / don't add many calories!?

what i did is do 150 sit ups a day in sets of 25 at a time to start then do just girls pushups (on your knees in sets of the max you can do about 5 times) then drink lots of water dont eat stuff thats really fatty or suggary and your fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

My diet recommendation is to read the Eat Clean Diet book!. I'm not a diet expert but this book just makes good sense and is a fast easy read!.

My exercise recommendation is to look into interval training!. Tabata interval training is one type but do some research on the internet!.

Interval training is said to be the fastest way to burn fat and raise your metabolism!.

What you could do is sprinting!.
You can sprint for about 10 minutes then a break, then again 10 minutes!. This is called continuos training!. Remember, Sprinting a minute is more effective than 5 minute jogging!.
