Okay, so about 5 months ago i went to europe and asia!. when i got back home (australia), i got very depressed about my life and resorted to chocolates and biscuits!. I ended up going from about 120 pounds before the trip to 117 after I got back (due to walking and healthy eating while abroad), then because of the depression i gained 8 pounds and weighed 125!.
Ever since, I have been working to shed the extra pounds!. I recently just went to asia again and I've just returned to find that again I weigh 117 pounds!. Depression is NOT a factor this time so I can guarantee I wont comfort eat but 117 isnt my natural weight and I really would like to keep it!. I feel alot more confident and beautiful at the moment but I know that it's just short-lived and soon i will gain weight again!.
Sorry for typing all that!. Has anybody got any tips for staying at 117 pounds when my natural weight is about 123!? I basically lost 5 pounds in 10 days, so it was a fast period to lose weight and I need tips to sustain the results!. Sorry if this doesnt make any sense, i tried my best haha!.
