Question: I need to lose atleast 10 pounds in one month!?
So I'm 18 and I weigh 110 lbs but I want to cut off 10 pounds within a month!. I exercise an hour a day but thats just me losing size, i want to cut off weight as well!. what do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together!.

There are unhealthy and healthy ways to lose the weight, and if you stick to a healthy plan it will stay off!. I would find out your BMR (the calories your body burns by just living) and then try to eat less than that number of calories each day and you'll lose weight just by doing so!.
