I run everyday sometimes every second day between 20-35mins depending on my mood and then walk a lot of places too!.

I run, about 40 mins with some walking in between!.!. Its good if you havent really been running and want to work up to speed!.!. Hm i also do sit ups and eat healthy !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
