Help with getting a six pack?!


Question: Help with getting a six pack!?
I'm 17 about 100 pounds, pretty slim guy!. But I'm trying to get a six pack!. I do about 50-150 crunches a day, about 25-50 push ups!. I'm starting to job, I can go for about 10 mins!. I can't really go to the gym, I have no ride!.

Are there any other excerises I can do, and how long do you think it would take to get a six pack!. Also does whey protein work, Ive been drinkin for a while, not sure if helps anyWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are 100 lbs, I imagine you have a high metabolism and probably difficulty gaining weight!. In order to build muscle, you have to have some excess calories available for muscle growth and it is likely that your metabolism is using them all!.

So your best bet is probably to either try to add more calories to your diet (but try to keep them lean and healthy), or buy some weight gainer supplement which is generally high calorie and high protein drink mix to add to water or milk!.

Continue doing your crunches and add some other strength training as well whether it be pushups & chinups, or in a gym!.
