Hi everyone! I am planning to loose quite a large amount of weight that I put on due to some personal/mental health problems!. I have my diet sorted so now I just need to fix the exercise part!. I went to my local gym on Friday to enquire and they were very rude to me and practically ignored me which to be honest quite upset me!. It is

I lost nearly 30 lbs, and I never once stepped foot into a gym!. I just walked a lot, controlled my eating portions, and drank lots of water!. I'm 151, and I have 32 more lbs to go and then I am good!. Just walk everyday(in your house or outside), dance(I do zumba fitness once a week), and try to have fun!. And don't stress out if your not seeing any results!. It does take awhile!. Also, do some strength training!. I know it may be cold outside, but you can go to a playground or park and workout there to!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
