Why Is Healthy Food Making Me Sick to My Stomach?!

Question: Why Is Healthy Food Making Me Sick to My Stomach!?
I'm trying to eat better!. Yesterday I had some oatmeal for breakfast (with fruit juice), chicken wings for lunch (with water), and a small plate of plain ravioli for dinner!. I usually eat all processed junk food, fast food, and tons of other bad stuff!.!.!.so WHY DO I FEEL WORSE!?

When I ate strawberries today, I had to run to the bathroom!. When I eat fast food, I actually feel good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a similar reaction when I decided to make some changes in my eating habits!. Your body is used to the junk and now you are retraining it to get used to the good stuff!. It's not easy at first but you really need to force yourself to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables!. Keep plenty of apples, oranges, carrots, celery and any other type of fruits and vegetables you like and eat them often!. The oatmeal for breakfast is good because the oat fiber helps lower your cholesterol!. When I first started eating healthier, I spent way more time in the bathroom!. My body is used to the stuff now and I crave it!. Don't give up!. Your body will get used to the new eating habits and soon you will feel much better!. Good luck!. I hope things work out for you!. You are having to retrain your body to what is real food!. It may take a while to settle but it will happen!. You are also purging all that extra junk from your system!. Don't forget to try to introduce more vegetables too!. Go for at least one green thing at lunch and one for dinner!. You can also try a body cleanse that allows you to eat normally but helps to get that crap from your system cleaned out!. Congrats!Www@Answer-Health@Com
