Question: Would it be gross or good if i lost 5 lbs!?
Ok, so im currently 5'1 and around 85 lbs!. I really think I should lose about 5 lbs, b/c the shorter someone is, the more likely they look fat!. I wanna keep fitting in size XS tops and 00 jeans!. So is this good or bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That isn't true!.If you are short it doesn't mean you will look fatter than a tall person!. Its all genetics!. It foods that burn fats and exercise!.

Try these foods:
Lettuce

The shorter someone is, the less bone mass they have compared to a taller person so they will have a lower body weight!. It's not that they "look fatter"!. It's bad if you loose anymore weight, and I think you know that!. You're low enough to be considered underweight, and no matter how cool and fashionable you might think that is, it's not!. It's good to be thin, I know, but being underweight causes a lot of health problems, almost as much as being overweight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. I definitely think that you should keep the weight you have, possibly even try to gain a few pounds!. 85 pounds is extremely little, almost unhealthy!. I'm not trying to dis you or anything because i dont know you and have never seen you in person, so maybe the size you have is perfect for your height!. I am just a couple inches taller than you and weigh about 30lbs more than you, and by nomeans am fat or "gross"!. So my advice to you is to try to learn to love your body! You are probably very beautiful the way you are!

It depends!. If you are someone who is really athletic, I would not lost any pounds!. You see to be already really skinny, though!. I think as long as you stay fit and eat healthy, you won't ever be overweight!.
Actually, I don't think you need to lose any weight!. Like I said, just excersize and eat healthy food, and you shouldn't need to lose weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bad!. You are already underweight as it is!.!.!. and think about this!.!.!. muscle weighs more than fat!. So even if you think you're overweight, it might be muscle!. I weigh 20 pounds more than one of my friends who is the same height as me (5' 10''), and yet she has a lot of fat and flab, whereas I am thin and toned!. So if you think you look flabby, you probably don't need to lose weight, you probably just need to work out and turn it into muscle!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
