First off, do not stop eating!. If you skip meals, you will actually gain weight!.

Thighs/calves : But to loose weight off your legs, your best bet is to start moving around! Take a dance class, walk the dog, play Dance Dance Revolution, or just spend some time on the treadmill!.

Love Handles : The secret to a tight stomach and perfect curves is sit-ups! I used to weigh 122 lbs about a month ago!. Since then I've been doing 35 sit-ups a day!. Now, I weigh 111lbs!. I lost 11 pounds just from situps!. But don't over do it!

Arms : Lifting weights! It builds muscle while it gets rid of all that flabbery fat!
