Question: Am i doing good on my diet!? 10 points best answer!?
I haven't cracked on my diet yet!. No fast food, no greasy bad food for you!. For breakfast i have Sugar-Free brown sugar oatmeal!. Then for lunch i ethier eat a lean cusine meal( on weekends when im home) and at school i bring some canned fruit such as; pears, pinapple, peaches!.etc!. Then i bring a 100 calorie pack!. Im not hungry for the rest of the day until supper at 7!. At supper i eat a Lean Cusine!. or if my mom makes something, i will eat it!. If its healthy!. and for a bedtime snack, i eat a 100 calorie pudding or something 100 calorie!. and for exercise i do these mini workouts!. am i eat to less or more than im suppose too!? you are severely lacking in protein and good fats!. and you are severely lacking in calories as well!.

if you continue eating in this manner, you may in fact lose "weight" but that weight will come from muscle first!. then maybe some fat!. the end result being a pudgier you!. not too cute huh!. but its the way our bodies work!.

since carbs are an enegry food, why are you eating so many!? other than your workouts, what sports are you participating in!? if none, then there is no need for carbs in your diet!.

protein and fats are always necessary in our diet since our body cannot create them!. our bodies can create glucose (carbs) if it needs it!. this process is called gluconeogenesis!.

i can't tell you how many calories to eat, since i do not know your current bodyweight!. THAT is the only way ANYONE can honestly and safely tell you how much to eat!.

it sounds like a good diet plan!. but it sorta sounds like your not eating enough calories!. im pretty sure theres a miniaml amount of calories your body can take but you dont want to starve yourself or be unhealthy!. i guess if youre full after meals and your not hungry alot during the day and you dont have any side effect!.!. ( like vomitting, stomach aches, dizziness!.!.etc) or anything youre doing pretty good!. keep it up :))Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep it up but try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day by running a couple of blocks!.

Also drink water that should help your body hydrate after a workout!!!

well, it sounds fine!.!. try not to eat too many lean cuisine or those quick frozen foods!. They aren't too bad unless you eat a lot of themWww@Answer-Health@Com

honestly, the workout plan is fine but you definatly are not eating enough!. instead of 3 regular meals, you should have 5 small meals!. for example when i was dieting, for breakfast i had a yogurt and some granola, about 3 hours later i had a slimfast, after that it was a snack that was a fruit or a vegetable!. 3 hours later i had a tablespoon of organic peanutbutter(for protein) on one slice of whole wheat bread, 2 hours after i had a salad with either 3 oz of chicken grilled or some fish!.and for desert smart ones sundae things are rlly good!. remember tho desert shoulnt be every night maybe once or twice a week!. and excersise is the key to success!i dont know where you are from, but in NY, NJ, and CT theres a gym called Lucielle Roberts and the aerobics classes are great!. i recommend salsa aerobics!. and also lose the soda and coffee and go straight for the water!. also if you put a pinch of cayenne pepper in your food, the pepper actually increases your metabolism, and never eat before you sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
