Question: How was My Diet look like to you today!?
Breakfast: Instant Lower Sugar Oatmeal with a cup of Special K cereal on top

3:00P!.m I had a 24Oz!. Protein Smoothie (It has Blueberries, Strawberries, Soymilk,water, Sugar Free Vinalla syrup and a Protein Boost crushed with Ice) so i think its pretty low calorie, the gym that sells them said they were!.

Then i ran 8 miles on the Tredmill at 7mph+ and did some strenght training wich was 5 reps of ten Leg lifts with a heavy yoga ball in between my legs and some situps and crunches

Then I had a Turkey Cranberry Wrap with a small side salad (No calorie dressing)

and for dessert I had A few handfuls Cereal puffs on top of Fat free frozen Yogurt

Most of these foods seem to be very healthy!. But i noticed that you have your lunch is pretty late!. Here is what i do,

*U NEED TO EAT EVERY 2-4 HOURS OF SMALLER PORTIONS IN ORDER TO BURN MORE FAT, AND BOOST UR METABOLISM!.
TRUST ME THIS WORKS!.


*BREAKFAST: 9AM
weight control oatmeal w/ 1 slice of wheat bread
*SNACK:11AM
Light Yoplait yogurt(100 calories), or any fruit!.
*LUNCH:1PM
Grilled chicken ceasar salad with light dressing or a turkey sandwich
*SNACK:3PM
1 apple,orange or any fruit!.
*DINNER: 6PM
Any of these choices: choose 2 combine
-grilled chicken -brown rice
-salad -wholegrain spagetti
-oatmeal pretty much anything that is not fried & it's made out of wholegrain!.

**DON'T EAT NOTHING AFTER 6PM**

*DO NOT EAT:
-White bread
-soda
-sugary cereal
-fried foods
-candy
-chocoloate

*THINGS YOU CAN EAT & HELP LOSE WEIGHT:

-WHOLE GRAIN BREAD OR WHEAT
-NUTS,ALMONDS,MACADANIANS
-OATMEAL
-CHICKEN(only grilled)
-PLAIN CHEERIOS(with light brown sugar)
-VEGGIES
& ANYTHING ELSE THAT IT'S NOT FRIED!.

*DRINK LOTS, LOTS OF WATER*
AT LEAST 8 8oz glasses of water!.

I LOST 36 LBS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS, JUST BY DOING THIS!.
OF COURSE EXCERCIZE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30 MIN!.
OR EVEN WALK!.

when you diet you should eat like 1300-1500 calories as apposed to the normal 2300-2500, so it sounds like you were short some calories, like several hundred, breakfast was at most 400, smoothie 300 at most, wrap and salad maybe 300, and dessert maybe 200, these are estimates on the high end so you might want to step it up a it from now on and the time gap btwn breakfast and that smoothie shouldn't have been more than 4 hrs!. eating every 4 hrs or so keeps your metabolism going allowing you to burn caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com
