Be careful about working out!. Running and any other Cardio-Vascular activities are good for your age and they will help keep the calories down!. Also try to watch what you eat!. Simply changing to a healthy diet can make a difference!. I would hold off for another couple of years until you look into your weight training!. Your still growing!. Maybe ask your physician if you're ready to lift weights and do resistance training!. Make sure to eat plenty of protein and don't starve yourself! Www@Answer-Health@Com
