How can I get toned quick?!
Question: How can I get toned quick!?
I want to get a toned body!. I do like 200 crunches and 10 push ups everyday!. I try to run a mile at least every week!. What else could i do to get a taned body (abs and arms and "love handles") kinda quick or at least before summer!? Or Lose my "LoveHandles"Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more healthy foods that helps ur muscles strengthen and improve so they get toned!. this will also help reduce fat!. drink lots of water 2 flush out sodium, which holds in water, but if u drink enough water, it gets flushed out so u lose weight!. i recommend doing more than 10 pushups each day!. u should increase the amount u do each day if u want 2 see any improvement!. crunches r good, u can keep up with that!. try some squats, guys love toned thighs (i know thats not ur goal but still lol)!. if u do lots of pushups and crunches, eat healthy, drink water, and maybe do other exercises, ull be well on ur way 2 being tonedWww@Answer-Health@Com
You need to be running more than that!. Maybe 2-3 miles a day!. but just eat healthy and keep adding to the number of crunches and puchups you do everyday!. add like 5 pushups every week and 50-100 crunches!. You just have to burn more calories than you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, you need to lift weight!. you cant lose weight without muscle, because muscle is what burns the calories and fat off!. then all of a sudden, the fat will start shedding off!., and drink LOTS of water!. p!.s-crunches dont workWww@Answer-Health@Com

cardio cardio cardio! crunches and pushups won't do as much as even just running for like 20 minutes everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
