Question: How does this look!.!.!.what do you think!?
I got a new exercise plan from my teacher! she's a very fit person and is very experienced with exercise planning!. shes also going on to be a dietitian
so I've been talking to her a lot about it!. and she helped me come up with a great exercise plan that will fit in with my meal plan perfectly
Sunday-
rest day
Monday-
30 min!. cardio
25 crunches
Tuesday-
Weights (arms)
(3 sets of 8 reps)
push ups
Bicep Curl
Triceps Curl
Wednesday-
30 min!. cardio
25 push ups
Thursday-
weights (legs)
(3 sets of 8 reps)
lunges
to raises
etc
Friday-
30 min!. cardio
25 crunches
Saturday-
rest
on my rest days I can of course take a walk and all with my dogs
she said to do that for 3 weeks and keep an exercise journal and in 3 weeks I can make it harder!.
I also need to stick with my meal plan and make sure to eat enough protein
and this will help me tone up

Sounds good!. And it's good that you talked to someone who is going into that line of work!. Most people try to come up with a crazy exercise plan because they think it has to be hours and hours, and that it has to be unenjoyable!.
The American Heart Association recommends
3-5 days per week, 30-60 minutes per day!.
It also doesn't just have to be typical "exercise" stuff!.
Do what you enjoy - jump on the trampoline, dance, walk etc!.
