Not exactly!. I do a lot of stretching though, mainly to get my muscles ready for some crunches and other goodies on my exercise ball!. It really is a good tool to use!. Helps me w/ all my exercises!.
But stretching alone will not fight belly fat!. I wish it would!.!.!. hahaha!.
