Answers:
The main ingredient is sugar!. it also lists high fructose corn syrup, as it's fifth ingredient!. but most of the calories come from the fat!.
A single serving is 160 calories, if two cookies are the serving size, that would put them at 80 calories per cookie!.

Hey sarge, no trans fats anymore, but they're still not health food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple: Oreos are almost all sugar and trans fat!. Fat is 9 calories per gram, and when it comes to pre-packaged cookies it doesn't take much!. Check the labels -- if you see some type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil as one of the first five ingredients, that means it's LOADED with trans fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

70 does seem a little high for one oreo, but the first two ingredients listed are sugar and enriched flower, both of which are high in calories and have little nutritional value!.

they sure do taste good though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The yummy white inside that I LOVE is basically just frosting inbetween 2 cookies!.
