Question: Tredmill or elliptical for weightloss!? (7 lbs!)!?
which is better to lose weight quicker!?

i'm 140 lbs!. and looking to be around 133-135!.
20 years old and 5'4'!.

which is better for quicker more efficient weightloss!.!.

the elliptical or the tredmill for 4 miles a day!?
i will be doing it 5 times a week!.

and how long do you think this will take!?

the eliptical has worked wonders for me in the past!. after a week or two of doing it though, your body may get used to it, and you want to be sure to work different muscles!. for that reason, i would suggest using the treadmill for maybe 2 or 3 miles a week!. as long as your body always feels challenged, like you're working on different areas, you should have great results!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
