Eat like you regularly do!. But it really helps eating about 5 meals a day in small proportions, because it boosts up you metabolism so you lose calories faster!. Also, the #1 thing is really to exersise, even though they don't believe it!. The reason is becaus they don't have patience!. Exersise, and wait!!!! Just try avoiding junk food!. and dont eat past 6:00!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm!.!.!.there really is no "quick" way of losing weight!. Definitely nothing that is healthy for you!. Short of not eating, it would be very hard to lose more than 5lbs or so in that much time!. Eat good, drinks lots of water, and excercise! Definitely cardio! But long term, you need to add some weight training (nothing heavy) since muscle requires more calories to sustain itself (therefore, more muscle, more calories burned every day)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and go for at least a three or four mile run twice a day!. It worked for me!. I was a real fat ***, up to 198 lb!. Drinking lots of water, try eating foods with alot of protein, burns faster!. Fruits are great, alot of them, Do kardio, stomach crunches and leg excerises!. That way you can burn what you want to, fast!. And healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
