Healthy simple school lunch ideas?!

Question: Healthy simple school lunch ideas!?
I'm in high school and i need to start bringing a healthy lunch!. i go to place, i don't know if you have heard of it, LA weightloss !? and it's basically just a place where they tell you to eat right and stuff, you don't take any pills or anything like that!. it's a healthy thing, well for lunch i usually just eat like a bag of those 100 calorie chips!. and it's super unhealthy!. i need some super easy simple lunch ideas, and i kind of don't really like sandwiches but i guess they're okay!. but i need a lot of fruit and veggies!. and nothing microwavable because i don't have access to one at lunch!. also some websites with some ideas is really helpful!. ok thanks so much :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Pita with meat, cheese, sprouts, light mayo!. Its not a sandwich although it sounds like it, its so much better!. I put avocado on it as well but find most high school kids don't care for that, but if you do its a great flavor booster!.

Peanut Butter and apples together is good!.

Apples and string cheese is great too!.

Tuna Salad, chicken salad, left over chicken turned into a sandwich (or on the pita)

Dry pita chips and hummus (hummus might not be on your diet though as it has oil but is very high in protein)!.

If you have the 100 calorie bags, choose wheat thins or triscuits something like that maybe low sodium!.

I just love lunch meats and cheese on crackers also!. Maybe a slice of tomato!.!.!.!.making like a cracker sandwich!?

Also tomato, mozzerella and dry pita chips are great!.

Yogurt with granola (very small amount of granola, just enough for crunch)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with putting some lean protein on your sandwich such as turkey, chicken, or beef!. Instead of white bread look for a whole wheat bread or buy some flat bread!. load up on the veggies like they do at Subway!. If you have to eat chips go to baked chips!. Other side dishes could be low fat cottage cheese or yogurt!. Skip the vitamin water and stick with regular water or skim milk!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would recommend peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a banana, some water, chips arent good for you, but if you must some of those baked lays are the best way to go!. then have a gronola bar or something with good carbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Baby carrots, ( i love those)

Celery ( i like it with peanut butter and raisins)

broccoli (with ranch please!)

pretzels ( i love them and they are good n' healthy)
