That depends on how weight conscious you are!.

Perhaps you could check your weight every morning before breakfast and every night at bedtime!.

Twice a day is probably overdoing it so perhaps once a day would be enough!.

I think you should weigh yourself every morning when your stomach is empty, personally that's what I think!. Maybe about once every one or two weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weigh yourself every morning after you use the bathroom, and probably once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say every Sunday!. Then you know how much you've gained or lost each week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
