Question: How did i eat today!.!.!.!?
kinda bored lookng for opinions lol
630am-4egg whites on 2 slices of whole grain bread 2oz ham 8oz1% milk
930am-protien bar 180cals 20g protein!.!.!.all i had on me
1130am 8oz milk multivitimin
100pm guiltless chicken platter at chilis
it's 8oz chicken breast corn on the cob mixed veges and black beans total like 600cals
400pm 16oz milk and a choc chip cookie!.
645pm can of tuna a lil brown rice 3cups of spinach and a samosis which is a pakistani food idk how healthy it is lol
945 i will have 1 c of 2% cottage cheese and 1oz almonds
i know i didnt have full meals cuz i was out alot today at my friends house from 12-6 besides us going out to lunch
so how much u think i ate total!.!.!.im trying to gain muscle mass but idk how well my day of eating was today!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are eating well but there is about no fruit in this diet!. you did eat a lot but since you are a guy and trying to gain muscle i think that that is probably what you need to be doing as long as your working out a lot!. you are choosing lean protein which is very good and i can tell that you are paying attention to what you eat which is good!. my only suggestion is do you need that much milk!? lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
8 eggs (scrambled in 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1/4 stick of butter), 2/3 tub of yogurt (the whole milk kind with lots of yummy fat), 1 bagel, and about 7 meatballs with sauce leftover from the night before!. All before noon and I only weigh 140!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
not that bad, maybe skip on the cottage cheese but overall you're getting your proteins and amino acids and that's what matters if you want to gain muscle
