Well a diet that really works is the south beach diet!. ( if you do it right) Id be on it right now but im pregnant!. Its best if you get the book at you local book store!. I know its a think book but you only have to read like a chapter and the other stuff is just fluff!. But heres what to eat
Only meat ( almost all but bbq)
eggs
chz
butter
green veg!.
sr cream
sugar free jello
its basically if it has hardly no carbs, just check the label
Dont eat
bread
fruit
sweets
Anything high carb!.!.
You can search it on the web
But anways you can loose 10-14 pds in two weeks if you do it right!. Plus the exersice!. But you really need to get the book or look up some more info on the web to be sucessfullWww@Answer-Health@Com
