Why does working out make you so hungry?!


Question: Why does working out make you so hungry!?
I'm 5'4 and 195 pounds with a goal of 145 pounds!. I am currently consuming only 1,700 calories a day and it works!.!.I have been losing quite a bit of weight!. But I recently stepped my game up and started working out!. I'm really proud of myself because I'm actually burning off near an extra 400 calories a day!.!.however!.!.I get REALLY hungry so I just eat them right back!. I know I will still lose weight!.and I don't binge!.!.but I just completely cancel out what I worked off!. Any suggestions!? 9 times out of ten I get realllly hungry around 3 hours before bedtime!. I don't get why it's happening!. I thought working out supressed your apetite!. I'm not doing anything that strenuous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you may also be mistaking your "hunger pangs" for THIRST!.!.!.that is really REALLY common in people who are sweating (aka working out) Instead of eating!.!.!.drink water!. It's ok to have a small snack with it (crackers, fruit, a handfull of nuts) too just to fool your brainWww@Answer-Health@Com

Drink coffee!.
0 calories (that's if you don't use cream or sugar but still not many calories) and it curves your appetite!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because your body use fuel!. It is best to work out with drinking soy base protein immediately after work out, and 1 hr later once more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

easy, check it out!. Loosing weight consists of a couple things!.!.!. Eating many SMALL meals a day(small being like a bagel with cream cheese or a bowl of soup) Eating regularly(the body regulates what you eat and when, if you eat many small meals, it will not feel the need to save any calories!. for example if you got paid one hundred dollars every ten minutes for a week, you would probably spend it knowing that a hundred dollars is ten minutes away) And eating good things(Organic doesnt always mean it is good for you! use common sense, eat with variety, and try to eat spicy whenever possible, it speeds up your metabolism)!.
