Question: No sugar!? !.!.!. Where!!!?

Answers:
You need some sugar in your diet, but it doesn't necessarily need to be in the form of refined sugar cane, or sugar beet!. Natural sugars present in fruits are not harmful for your diet!. This natural sugar is called fructose!. Natural sugars are also present in milk!. This sugar is called lactose!. But, just like the fruit, there are also other nutrients present - such as calcium - which means that it is essential to your diet (or, if lactose intolerant, fortified non-cow milk, eg!. soy, rice - which also contains sugar)!.
As for the refined sugar cane/sugar beet sugar, it is found in many fruit drinks, fruit juices, savory biscuits, cereals, and health bars!. However, if there is no alternative to packaged food, health bars or fruit juices would be the way to go!.
As for the obvious stuff - lollies, soft drinks, flavoured chips, etc - this is present on the ingredient list!.
However, going for sugar-alternatives such as "zero sugar" soft drinks, these alternatives are actually worse for your health than sugar!.
Also, don't go for "low carb, no sugar" diets!. You need carbohydrates in your diet!.

they would have to stop buying anything packaged from the grocery store cuz chances are there is sugar somewhere in there!.

they would need to stick to pure foods(aka, no labels with hard to read ingredients) like:
- veggies(not fruits)
- meats
- beans
- grains(bread, noodles, beware of sugar in cereals)
- water or milk (drinks claiming they are "sugar-free" most likely have sucralose, a fake sugar in them, which not only tastes gross, but is worse for you than sugar itself)

I'd say stay away from juices as much as possible, i know it's obvious but i'd drink water more than anything!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
