okay this is my prob!.!.!.i wanna lose weight and i kno how im supposed to eat and everything but the only problem is the exercising!.!.!.!.u see i was wondering if belly dancing is an exercise !.!.i mean it does seem like one to me!.!.!.no stupid remarks plz !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Belly dancing can be seen as an exercise because you are working on your ab's, stomach, bum and leg's!. You would prob be more toning them than getting a full work out!. So if you did do belly dancing i would suggest doing some cardio along with it, ie, 30 mins running 4 times a week or something like that!. A good balance of cardio and weight training is the best way to loose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, I weighed 176!.!.!.i know!.!. a lot!. but over the summer (2 months) i wrote down everything i ate, fat grams and calories, and i tried to eat less than 5 grams of fat, and 400 calories!. sometimes i went a little over, and sometimes i went little under!. And i dont eat after 6 pm!. Then i did 150 crunches, 50 sit-ups, 50 crunches with my left elbow hitting my right knee and then 50 crunches with my right elbow hitting my left knee!. I did this every night!. Now i Weigh 143! I look awesome and im still losing! please take my advice! this diet is other WILL NOT FAIL! wish you the best! =]]]] Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, are you really fat!? Or do you just think your fat!? Ask your parents!. They'll tell you the truth!.

Don't be a calorie counter!. That's bad for your health!. Eating nutritious food will help!. Reducing the amount you eat is dangerous!. Follow the food pyramid (as stupid as that sounds)!. Don't eat junk food, only eat healthy food!

ONLY EAT WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY!! If you eat the relieve stress or because you're bored you can gain weight!. Plus they're bad habits!.

Well, belly dancing is dancing, and that's exercise!. I read in a book that running is the best way to burn calories!. If you exercise for an hour a day, you should get fit pretty fast!.

you have to experiment with things and test them out to see if you will like it!.
I like dance that's my thing but if you want an extra boost, do some stuff at home like jump rope (great cardio) and crunches and home-workouts!.

Of course it is and it would be a good addition to your exercise regime! Don't make that your only exercise though!. Not only do you not want to do the same thing all the time, but you want to make sure that whatever you do makes you huff and puff and sweat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never belly danced but I am a dancer and do a lot of choreographed moves!. If belly dancing works you out as much as that then yes you will lose a lot of weight!. Dancing is one of the best exercises to tone your whole body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
