Is it true that iceberg lettuce is "calorie negative"?!

Question: Is it true that iceberg lettuce is "calorie negative"!?
I heard that your body burns more calories breaking it down than the lettuce contains itself!. Is that true or is it a myth!?

And if it's true, wouldn't that make it basically off the charts in terms of nutrient density!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
