Question: How can I lose 24lbs!?
Don't say cardio because I am cardio out! I do cardio all the da*n time and it doesn't work, and yes I change it up too, I also eat very healthy, no fast food! I want to get to 120lbs!. I'm a female and 5'6''!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a healthy diet of 2000 cals

Then to burn one pound a week you need to burn 3500 cals a week which is 500 cals a day to burn!. Or burn 7000 which is 1000 als to burn a week this will burn 2lb a week!.
