Answers:
Unless you are fat, and I am betting you are not if you did gymnastics, you can't!. Being that you are young you probably think your arms are bigger then they are!. Don't worry about it!. You have muscle there and that is actually great!. It makes you toned!. If you want to proportion out your body work with a trainer who can tell you how to do this!.
If you work biceps don't forget to work the opposite muscle the triceps!. This will balance out your arms!. This is true of all muscle groups!. Working abs means you must work lower back!. Working pectorals means you work upper back!. If you work your quads you must also work your hamstrings!. By countering each muscle you grow balanced!. I would also suggest yoga since it is a great way to stretch and build a more fluid body!. The intent is to create core strength and an inner balance to your body, mind and spirit!.
Weight training is great but most trainers teach it wrong!. If you get a great trainer you will have wonderful results!. Don't worry about bulking up!. You are a girl and do not have enough testosterone to bulk up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
