Question: What is the best way to!?
I just had my son 7 months ago and I wanted to know what is the best way to lose the weigh!. Because I want to get back to my original weigh!. Cause after having my son I am up to 190 something lbs and I want to get back to my weigh which is between 130-145 lbs!. So wit the holidays coming up what would be the best way to eat what I want and still try to lose weigh afterward!.Or should I try to start now and be able to still be able to keep losing the lbs after the holidays!. Cause I am only 23 yrs old and Im 5'2 (LoL with a 38 D bra size)!.Cause my son's father thinks Im not fat and he thinks I am perfectly fine and but he has never seen someone my size(height) being so small(in weight) with such big boobies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
