Is this a good eating habit?!


Question: Is this a good eating habit!?
I eat breakfast at around 7:30!. My next meal is about 7-8 hours later which is around 2 or 3 and then i eat dinner at around 7!.

because of my schedule this is how my eating routine is!. would you say it is a doable routine or unhealthy one!?

and btw i dont eat small portions i eat medium to semi largeWww@Answer-Health@Com

The worse thing to do is eat then go to bed!. Your food lays in your stomach and putrefies, Do you have excessive gas!? Then that's why, no way for your body to burn the food (fuel) if sleeping!. OR, eating on a schedule is perfectly fine!. Some people eat only once a day!. But eat the necessary calories needed for your daily balance!. Drink plenty of water!. Breakfast is way over rated!. That is the number one way to slow you down in the morning before you even get started, A morning calorie drink or vitamin drink would be sufficient!. Breakfast is the worse meal for the body during the day!. One perfectly well rounded meal around 3:30Pm then a healthy snack at your 7PM and lots of fluid (not soda!!) will keep you fit and healthy and alert and keep you from feeling fatiguedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well it depends on what you eat for those meals!. If you eat lots of protein and healthy things its good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
