I have fiber plus pills!. If your'e over 90 pounds then take two a day!. If your under take one a day!.
No these fiber plus pills are to help regulate yourself!.

she excersise's,drinks LOTS OF WATER!.!.!.,and watches what she eats!. But as I said she takes two aday!.!.because she is over 90 pounds!.!.!.but she takes three instead to get diyareah <wrong spelling>
so she could keep it moving faster!.!.!.
