Exercising in the morning?!
Question: Exercising in the morning!?
Is it really more effective!? Or just stressful on the body!? Because I'm thinking of running a mile in the morning (depends when i wake up but 1 mile is a minimum)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The upshot of working out before breakfast is that you start out with lower blood sugar than normal!. Because of the lower blood sugar, your body will release glucagon sooner and start burning fat sooner!.
Since you don't have to warm up as much before you start burning fat, you could shave 5 to 10 minutes off the length of a workout and burn the same amount of fat that you would later in the day!. If you work out for the same length of time as usual, you'll burn an extra couple minutes' worth of fat!.
So, maybe exercise before breakfast isn't an earth shattering breakthrough!. But it's one more tactic for increasing the efficiency of your fat-burning workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, for myself I have always found that getting up and doing my workout routine in the morning leaves me more tired through my work day!.
But If i push it at night time, I find it easier to just say i'm a little to tired, and push it off and it never gets done!.
If you have the time in the morning that I think is the best, the worst part is really just making yourself do it!. put it with a good breakfast and im sure you'll have no problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ill say it like this, a few years ago my dad use to make me jog in the morning, afternoon, and night!.!.!.!.after 3 months i was a stick lol
jogging is more effective than running or walking, trust me on that one
oh and also do crunches through the day if you're trying to tone also
i use to do 20 crunches after every time i jogged
i guarantee this works!!

i don't know about effective, but it's way easier in the morning!. your body's rested and fresh and ready to go!. i run 3 miles before school each morning!. although me saying it's easier could just be me brainwashing myself into doing it!. but really, it's made my days much better!. more energy, feel better about myself!. i'd recommend it!. Its a little of both!. Its stressful because its the morning, but it really is more effective because it jump starts your entire day, filling it with more energy and a higher metabolism than usual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah running early in the morning is more effective, dont exactly know why but you lose more weight running in the morning rather than nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is a good time to exercise I like to eat a little fruit and drink some water prior to morning exercise for energy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
