What is an ideal number of calories to eat for breakfast?!


Question: What is an ideal number of calories to eat for breakfast!?
I just ate plain yogurt (about 3/4 cup) mixed with fiber one cereal (about 1/4 cup) - is that enough for breakfast or should I eat more to hold me until next meal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I often eat that same b-fast, but I need to eat again about 2 hrs later!. I find that eggs keep me full longest!. Try making b-fast your largest meal at 350-500 healthy calories and eat smaller lunches and dinners!.!.!.or eat 6 small meals throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Around 300-400 calories!. It doesn't matter how healthy it is as long as the calories are right, so you could eat raw eggs, chocolate frosting or whatever, as long as the calories add up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
