Yes, krill oil is an excellent source of omega 3's!.
I have found it easiest to order online!. I go to Vitacost and get their brand "Nutraceutical sciences institute" because it is was the most inexpensive I'd found!.
There is a flat fee for shipping, so I get enough stuff for six months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
