That would be ideal, but you could start off with 3 swimming/jogging sessions per week, each 30 mins (not counting warmup)

obviously work out, eat right!.!.!. either stock up on fruits and veggies and water!.!. or cut out carbs as much as possible!.!.!. also make sure to go buy lipo 6!. these pills work the best :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
