Question: Losing the stomach for a teenager!?
Here's the deal, I'm 15 years old, I'm trying to lose my stomach right now and weight in general,!. how should I go about doing this!? I want something I can do that is healthy! Don't post any ads ora nything please!. My stomach is really my problem area, advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

start by cutting out some fast food or sodas out of your everyday diet and reduce some unwanted calories and then start to workout and do some cardio

don't worry about your weight at your age because you're about to grow taller and go through puberty

To do this healthy you need a combination of diet and exercise!.

Try to eliminate or cut out all the unnecessary fat, sugar, and calories you consume daily!. Cut back on sodas and fast food!. Eat less carbs!. However, eat more protein since it helps with muscle growth!.

As to exercise, you got to remember that your body is a whole package!. You could do a million sit ups and still get a pouch because you aren't burning fat all around your body!. You need a combination of muscle training and cardio!. Do plenty of sit ups!. Do plenty of weight training!. Watch how you breathe!. When you use weights, you need to make sure you have good body positioning and are breathing correctly to get the most from your exercise!. Cardio is important because it helps burn off the unnecessary fat!.

For best results, I would see a fitness counselor at your local gym!. They can look at you and assess what programs will work best with your body type and your lifestyle!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it's mainly your stomach you should do excercises that primarily focus on that area!.

start by obviously eating healthy, don't eat after dinner because your body wont have time to burn the weight off

and do lots of situps and stomach exercises!.!.like everyday!.!. it may not feel like its working but believe me it is:)

Remember the mumber one thing is patience!. we often expect that diet and excersize will give us a couple pounds off a week!. Well you dont gain a couple pounds a week so dont expect to lose a couple pounds a week!. But diet and excersize it what you need to do!. simple as that!. eat healthy!. eat with a childrens spoon or fork so meals last longer and you can enjoy it longer with out shuving your face!. Fill up on water!. Chances are if your hungry, your actually thirtsty! Our stomach also needs fluids filling it up, we often assume food!. And also remember, hunger is a good thing! your allowed to feel hungry!. you dont have to eat every time your hungry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Replace all Beverages with Water!.

Replace Whole Milk, with 1% or Fat-Free!.

Eat more fruits and veggies!. No sugary treats, nor fried food, nor anything thats way to greasy!.

Take a jog every morning and think light! ( Be optimistic)
