Bicep workout question?!
Question: Bicep workout question!?
When I bicep curl I do 6 sets, but of those 6, 2 are hammer curls and the rest regular!. I have been doing: regular, hammer, regular, hammer, regular, regular!. Do you suggest I do the hammer sets together and either in the bigging or the end like: regular, regular, regular, regular, hammer, hammer, or, regular, regular, hammer, hammer, regular, regular, or just keep it the same!?

do 3 sets of regular!.!.then 3 sets of hammer (make sure when doing hammer you bring the weight up across your chest not straight up and down this will work the brachiialis more effectively)Www@Answer-Health@Com
