Is there anything wrong with my routine because I'm only losing 2 pounds every other week!? I want to loose two pounds every week rather than every two weeks, is there anything I can alter in my routine to help that!? I weigh 142!.2 lbs currently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your diet sounds good but I'm not a fan of Special K or any other similar breakfast cereals!. I would eat oats instead and eat some vegetables at dinner also!. Losing two pounds in two weeks is still a great effort and remember you may be gaining some muscle plus your bones will become thicker and heavier also!. A couple of things that I think may help are increasing the intensity of your exercise!. That is running or biking faster!. Also make sure your weights routine is challenging enough by training as heavy as possible!. Doing things like bicep curls with a 5 pound weight is a waste of time so I hope you don't do that!. Shortening your rest between sets and performing mostly compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press and chin ups will use up more calories too!. Be sure to have at least a 48 hour break between weights sessions!. How tall are you though!? Do you really need to lose more weight!? The information is there if you really need it!.

You seem to be at a pretty healthy weight!. try skim milk instead of 2%, as it is considerably less fat!.

Also, remember that exercise adds muscle which adds (good)weight!.

Healthy weight loss takes a longer time that unhealthy fad diets, so just be patient!. At your weight, you're less likely to lose weight very fast anyways!.

Try varying your snacks and meals!. Keep track of calories, but vary the fruits and veggies!. your body gets used to certain foods sometimes!.

Try a multi-vitamin, and maybe a yogurt sometimes for snacks to get enough calcium!. Also, drink water instead of juice(if you drink juice)!.
I think you're doing everything right, and I'm sure you look great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it looks to me like your meals are "healthy" but there is a difference between "eating healthy" and "eating healthy to lose fat"!.

it also looks like you are real low on protein, low on good fats and high on carbs!.

to lose fat the quickest, think HIGH protein, MODERATE fats, LOW carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i got tired just reading that i think you should loss more with all that that you are doing try eating dinner earlier so you can work it off Www@Answer-Health@Com

1)too many carbs
2)too little calories
3)if you weight train you may add muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's nothing wrong and quick weight loss is not lasting weight loss!. You are losing; be patient and you will reach your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you could cut out the bread for more veggies, but I would just cut the portions a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
