get up at 6:00 am drink 1 ltr of water and!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.after 15 min!.!.!.follow the chart
1!.firstly u,ll have to do cardio early morning on an empty stomach probably jogging for atleast 45 min to 1hour!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.n remember no more than 1 hour!.!.!.!.if u r new to jogging first build up ur stamina till u can jog for 1 hour straight!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.dont run !.!.!.no biking!.!.!.!.!.no ellipticals!.!.!.!.!.!.!.just jogging!.!.!.!.i can bet this the best way to lose all the excess lard!.!.!.!.!.n ull feel great results in less than 10 days but follow my diet too!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

2!.1 hour after jog at probably at 8:am mix 1 scoop of any whey protein in 1 glass of milk and drink it (dud ull hve to spent some money on whey protein bcoz this s ver imp in this diet)

3!.then at 10;30 pm take 8 egg whites and bowl of cornflakes mixed in milk

4!.at 1; 30 pm whether hungry or not take 1 bowl of yoghurt(dahi) with 20__30 almonds mixed in it and no sugar

5!.at 3;30 have 4 chappattis mixed with butter(only source of good healthy fats) with 2 bowls of any dal or whatever is the dish

6!.at 5: to 7 pm gym!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
before exercise do 10 min of jog at a place then!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
mon :-chest and biceps just do as much sets as u can to fatigue the muscles!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.no abs on monday
tue:-back and triceps!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and abs(different forms around 300reps)
wed::shoulder and legs and abs
repeat the cycle
7!.TAKE ANOTHER PROTEIN SHAKE AS IN THE BREAKFAST AFTER ABT 15 TO 30 MIN OF WORKOUT

8!.THEN AT 9;00 PM TAKE ANOTHER SERVING OF EGG WHITE (8)
AND THEN GO TO BED AT WHATEVER TIME U WANT
9!.DRINK ATLEAST 8!.!.9 LTRS OF WATER EVERY DAY!.!.!.!.!.AND I GALLON AT NIGHT IF U LIKE TO GO TO BED LATE
REMEMBER U'LL HAVE TO DO CARDIO EVERYDAY EVEN ON SUNDAY!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.AND NO CHEAT MEALS!.!.!.NO BEER NO ALCOHOL!.!.!.!.!.U CAN SMOKE THOUGH!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.WORKOUT THE WAY I TOLD U!.!.!.!.!.!.!. FOR EXERCISES ASK THE TRAINER AT GYM!.!.!.!.!.!.NEVER GIVE UP AT START IT WILL BE HARD BUT!.!.!.!.U,LL LOVE IT AFTER U'LL SEE THE RESULT S!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

REMEMBER AFTER U HAVE LOST ALL THE FTAS FROM THE BODY LIMIT UR CARDIO TO ONCE AWEEK OR TWICE TO KEEP UP THE STANMINA!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
