I use centrum every day!. I read an article that said vitamins A C and E were good to boost immunity and brain health!. Should I supplement my Centrum with additional A C and E pills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard centrum was actually not good and that most of the supplement was urinated or excreted out!. Research it yourself on google!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
