How come when you're inactive your metabolism slows down?!


Question: How come when you're inactive your metabolism slows down!?
Why dosen't it stay the same!? What judges how fast your metabolism is!?

Because when i'm inactive for a time period is when everything goes off and I may gain a couple pounds and have more pains and ailments than if I work out!.

When I work out almost all the physical problems go away and I lose weight or go back to the normal weight ( most fit weight for my height)!.

Basically your metabolism is the rate at which calories are burned in your body!. When you are active your body's metabolism increases in order to meet the required energy needed!.

For example if you started sprinting your body would need to burn nutrients faster in order to get your body moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lemon juice
Water of rice when boiled
Lentil soup or water of dales when boils
Fruits
Vegetables soup
