Once a week!. But when the muscle is exercised, brutalize it!.
Muscles grow when they are at rest!. A muscle that doesn't get complete rest won't grow or become stronger!.
Some lifters exercise their muscles so much in 1 workout they take 2 weeks off!.

1-2 times a week depending on your training program!. If your going all the way to muscular failure (the point where you physically not do another rep) than you should only train it once a week!. If its not that intense then 2 is ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
