so it's like doing the bridge except from standing up!
I ALREADY CAN GET INTO THE BRIDGE BY LEANING BACK AND DO IT SMOOTHLY, but the thing is!.!.!.
I CAN'T GET BACK UP like he can!!!
instead i have to fall down on my back to get out of it!. how does he do it!?!?!? is there a trick (like leaning foward or using hips or pushing with arms a certain way!? or ist that useless!?) or should i do some other exercises for muscles so i am strong enough to do it!? if so then can u reccomend any of these tips!? i think there is a trick though!.!.!.maybe!. i hope there is!.

Try scooting your feet in more and pushing up with your arms!. Pushing up with your arms helps, but the main thing is scooting your feet further in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
